Claims management, which combines claims administration and business process management (BPM) to support every phase of the end-to-end claims process for non-life insurers, from first notice of loss (FNOL) through settlement and reporting.

The functionality Keylane provides through Axon has a high quality and is very reliable. We also use the SAAS proposition of the product which proves to be good service, reliability and scalibilty. We work together now for more than a decade. Our company was one of the first implementations of Axon (at that time called QIS (Quinity Insurance Solution). The implementation itself, but also the developments to the core system in a later stage proved Keylane to be a genuine partner in business. These days Keylane has grown rapidly with implementations in several countries which sometimes lead to less focus and attention than ideally wished for but still a great business partner.
