"Great Support | Easy UI | Killer Integration with Bombora"

Our search began when our Zoominfo contract doubled in price with very little explanation as to why and back and forth on trying to remove items and then being told they were included- even though they had a line item next to them. We knew we needed an enterprise grade platform with quality contact information and accurate intent. We started speaking with a Bombora rep after hearing how great their intent platform was and very quickly got referred to Cognism. Cognism has a very friendly UI, a credit free model as long as you're exporting 25 contacts at a time (otherwise bulk credits can be purchased), and awesome support. We've had some expected growing pains since leaving Zoominfo like: - There isn't a generic search bar in place where you can search for a contact or company. It has to be done on the contact or company tab specifically. - There isn't a defined org chart on the company level that lets you easily find ICP contacts. You can work around this by saving a search with your ICP job titles and loading it each time, however. - There isn't a way to see if a contact already exists in Hubspot from the Cognism screen. They have an integration build between SF + Cognism, and said they're working towards one with Hubspot to enable this capability. However, all in all, our support has been AMAZING. They've quickly jumped on calls, set up additional Q&A sessions, recorded trainings for us, and even put us in contact with their product department to discuss some capability suggestions. We finally feel like we're getting the right bang for our buck with Cognism and look forward to the improvements they've discussed implementing during Q3.

"Great data and great service. "

The Bombora team has been great to work with, particularly in the onboarding stage. Their intent data comes from a consortium of B2B websites and seems to be more predictive of surging research on topics than the intent add-ons you get with contact data providers. Based on cross-research, we think the intent data is spot-on. We're also using it to identify accounts for outbound ABM.
